What the AI Advisor cannot do.

A photograph may help identify visible characteristics, but it cannot replace appropriate gemological testing or direct professional examination.

The advisor will not

• Confirm that an item is definitely natural, A / B / C / B+C jadeite, of Myanmar or Guatemalan origin, a genuine diamond or a natural pearl based only on a photograph, short video, colour, visual appearance, seller description or a certificate photograph alone.
• Provide a formal valuation, resale value, future appreciation, investment return, exact market price or insurance value.
• Guarantee that a certificate is genuine, that it belongs to the item shown, that the laboratory result remains valid or that a photographed report has not been altered.
• Access private order details, payment information, loyalty records or personal customer data unless a customer is authenticated and the feature has been explicitly implemented.

The advisor can help you

• Explain jadeite terminology and general value factors such as colour, transparency, texture, workmanship, proportion, size, condition, treatment status, rarity and market context.
• Help you read a report: laboratory name, report number, item description, treatment wording, report limitations and verification steps.
• Suggest suitable Academy pathways and Knowledge Centre articles for your level and goals.
• Guide you toward a qualified human consultant when a decision needs professional judgement.
