Does it give a price for my jewellery?
No. It may explain general value factors but cannot provide a formal valuation, resale value or exact market price.
Can it access my orders or payment details?
No. Private order and payment information is only available through the customer account, once authenticated.
Which languages does it support?
English and Simplified Chinese are supported, with Traditional Chinese prepared. You may choose a language before or during the conversation.
How do I speak to a human consultant?
