These Terms govern use of the Lucky Jewellery / 玉意人 retail website, consumer sales of jewellery and related products, and the purchase and use of website membership services. They do not govern courses, training, student services, agency arrangements, wholesale transactions or other business-to-business relationships, which are subject to separate terms.

The website and retail business are operated by TrulyLucky Ltd trading as Lucky Jewellery / 玉意人, a company registered in England and Wales.

References to "we", "us" or "our" mean TrulyLucky Ltd. References to "you" or "customer" mean the website user or consumer placing an order.

Our registered office is not automatically a returns address. Products must be returned only to the address stated in our return instructions.

These Terms apply to use of the retail website, consumer orders for jadeite, diamonds, pearls, coloured gemstones, 18K gold, platinum and other jewellery or related products, and the website membership services identified in section 24.

Courses and Yu Yi Ren Academy services are provided through a separate website and separate Academy Course Terms.

Agent, affiliate, wholesale, trade and professional purchases require separate written terms unless we expressly accept the order as a consumer retail order.

By using the website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to the applicable parts of these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

Before paying, you should read and save or print the version provided or linked during checkout or order confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but may update, suspend or withdraw content, products, functions or access.

Website availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

We aim to make the website and online customer services reasonably accessible and work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing reference. Our current accessibility position, known areas under review, alternative formats and contact process are explained in the Accessibility Statement.

If an online function is not reasonably accessible to a disabled customer, the customer should contact us so that we can consider an appropriate alternative or reasonable adjustment. Independent third-party websites and services may have their own accessibility arrangements.

Product availability shown online is not a binding reservation until we accept the order.

You must have legal capacity to enter the contract and provide accurate information.

Where age restrictions or enhanced verification apply, we may request reasonable proof of identity, age, address, payment ownership or source of funds before accepting or dispatching an order.

You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure.

You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse, legal compliance or repeated breach.

We aim to describe products accurately using available photographs, videos, measurements, certificates and written information.

Dimensions and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated as exact.

Screen settings, lighting, photography and different devices may affect colour appearance.

Images may be enlarged to show detail and may not represent actual scale.

Jadeite, pearls and natural gemstones may display variations in colour, translucency, texture, lustre, shape, surface, inclusions, growth features, stone lines and other natural characteristics.

Characteristics clearly disclosed before purchase are not automatically defects.

Many jadeite products are unique pieces. A replacement identical in colour, pattern, dimensions or natural features may not be available.

Where a certificate or grading report is included, the issuing laboratory, report number and stated findings will be identified where reasonably available.

Third-party certificates express the issuing laboratory's findings under its own methods, terminology and limits.

Educational explanations, estimated grades, opinions and visual assessments provided by us do not replace an independent laboratory report unless expressly stated.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout or in the quotation.

The final payable amount will be shown before payment and may include delivery and applicable taxes.

International customers are responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges and carrier fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Currency-conversion charges or exchange-rate differences imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.

We may correct obvious pricing, description, stock or technical errors.

If an error is discovered before acceptance, we may reject the order and refund any amount paid.

If a reasonable customer should have recognised an obvious pricing error, we are not required to supply at that mistaken price where the law permits.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy and does not itself mean that we have accepted it.

You must check product, size, quantity, delivery details, price and any custom instructions before submitting.

Automated acknowledgements confirm receipt only unless they expressly state that the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we send an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we otherwise clearly confirm acceptance in writing.

For bespoke work, the contract may be formed when we issue written acceptance of the confirmed design, specifications, quotation and payment arrangement.

We may refuse an order before acceptance for stock, pricing, verification, payment, legal, carrier, customs, security or other reasonable commercial reasons.

Payment must be made using an accepted method and must clear before dispatch or production unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We may cancel or pause an order if payment is reversed, disputed, unauthorised, incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent.

Payment providers may apply their own terms and checks.

A reservation, deposit or instalment plan is binding only when confirmed in writing.

The confirmation should state the product, amount, deadlines, balance and cancellation consequences.

Any non-refundable amount must reflect lawful terms and reasonable loss; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Ownership does not pass merely because a deposit or partial payment has been made.

Ownership passes only after full cleared payment and delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk normally passes to a consumer when the product is physically delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Risk for a customer-arranged carrier may pass differently where the law permits.

Placing an item in a basket, wishlist or enquiry does not reserve it.

Unique items may sell through another approved channel before an order is accepted.

If an accepted item becomes unavailable, we will offer an appropriate remedy, normally a refund or an agreed alternative.

Custom jadeite carving, engraving, drilling, resizing, restringing, length alteration, resetting and jewellery made to customer-confirmed specifications may be treated as bespoke or personalised.

Once the design, materials, specifications, quotation and payment are confirmed and work is authorised to begin, the order cannot normally be cancelled for change of mind.

This does not affect rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly made or materially different from the confirmed specification.

A standard product is not automatically bespoke merely because it is made after payment.

You are responsible for checking names, spelling, sizes, measurements, drawings, materials and specifications before approval.

We will rely on the latest written approval reasonably understood to be final.

Changes requested after approval may be refused or may require revised price and timing.

Natural material and handcraft variation within the agreed specification is not automatically non-conformity.

Delivery destinations, methods, processing times, customs responsibilities, high-value shipment arrangements and delay provisions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Dates are estimates unless a binding deadline is expressly agreed in writing.

You must provide complete and accurate delivery and customs information and promptly report errors.

Cancellation, change-of-mind returns, return condition, return shipping, refund deductions, faulty goods, exchanges and customs-returned parcels are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Bespoke and clearly personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where permitted by law.

Nothing limits statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.

Inspection, maintenance, care, repair assessment, paid repairs, third-party alteration and aftercare are governed by our Repair & Aftercare Policy.

Damage caused by impact, misuse, unsuitable storage, chemicals, unauthorised alteration or normal wear is not automatically a manufacturing fault.

Promotions apply only during the stated period and subject to stated eligibility, stock and exclusions.

Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

We may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by obvious error, misuse or technical failure while respecting accepted contracts and statutory rights.

The free Jade Circle membership, points, referrals and reward redemptions are governed by the separate Jade Circle Loyalty Terms.

Collector's Circle is a separate fixed 12-month paid service membership. During Phase 1, the price shown before checkout is £168 and the membership does not renew automatically. Before purchase, the customer must be given and accept the Collector's Circle Paid Membership Terms, Collector's £1 Privilege Terms and the relevant privacy information.

The paid membership contract is separate from any jewellery sales contract. Online cancellation, immediate activation during a cooling-off period, proportionate deductions, early termination and membership-fee refunds are governed by the paid membership terms and applicable consumer law.

Points, Collector Credit, £1 Privileges, early access and other member benefits have no cash value and are not normally transferable, saleable, combinable or retrospective unless the relevant published rule expressly allows it.

Early access, a wishlist, basket or enquiry does not guarantee reservation or allocation. One-of-a-kind items remain subject to stock, order acceptance and cleared payment.

If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed or charged back, points, Collector Credit and £1 Privilege status may be adjusted under the Returns & Refund Policy and the relevant membership terms. We may reasonably investigate duplicate accounts, self-referrals, benefit manipulation or other misuse, but this does not remove non-excludable statutory rights.

AI Jade Advisor, questionnaires, guides and Knowledge Centre content provide general educational and selection support only.

They are not a substitute for physical inspection, independent laboratory testing, professional valuation, legal, financial, medical or investment advice.

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against product pages, certificates and direct written confirmation.

No content promises luck, healing, wealth, protection, energy change or investment return.

If you submit a review, photograph, video or testimonial, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and that you have permission to provide it.

We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, private or irrelevant content.

We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable customer media for marketing where required by law.

Reviews must not be fabricated or selectively altered to misrepresent customer experience.

Website text, photography, video, branding, logos, course-neutral educational materials, layouts, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and reference.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, train systems on, publish or commercially exploit substantial content without written permission, except where law allows.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape inventory at scale, interfere with security, impersonate others, submit false information, abuse promotions or use the website for unlawful activity.

We may restrict access and report suspected unlawful conduct.

The website may link to third-party services and the separate Yu Yi Ren Academy website.

A link does not make us responsible for third-party content, availability or separate terms.

Course purchases and Academy services are governed by the terms displayed on the Academy website, not these retail Terms.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Cookies and similar technologies are handled under our Cookie Policy and consent settings.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used where required for security, login, consent records, fraud prevention or a service specifically requested by the user. Non-essential analytics, advertising and optional personalisation technologies should not be activated before valid consent, except where law permits otherwise.

Users may accept, reject or manage non-essential categories and may later change their choice through the Cookie Settings control. The live cookie register should identify the technologies actually used, their purposes, providers and durations.

Payment, delivery, fraud-prevention and technology providers may process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of non-excludable consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, customer-caused loss, or business loss where the purchase was made wholly for personal use, subject to law.

Website educational content and gemstone commentary do not guarantee resale value, future value or investment performance.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, extreme weather, utility or network failure, industrial action, epidemic, war or legal restrictions.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, communicate material delays and perform or refund where required by law.

Contact us promptly with the order number and a clear description of the issue.

We will review complaints fairly and may request photographs, certificates, packaging or other relevant evidence.

Nothing prevents a consumer from using mandatory court or dispute-resolution rights.

We may update these Terms for changes in law, website functions, payment methods, products or operations.

The version in force when the contract is formed normally governs that order unless law requires otherwise or the customer agrees.

The latest version will show an update date. Customers should save the version supplied or linked with their order.

If part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue where legally possible.

Delay in enforcing a right is not automatically a waiver.

You may not transfer the contract without our written consent unless law permits. We may transfer our rights or obligations only where consumer protection is not reduced.

These Terms and consumer sales contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Consumers in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country may retain mandatory local consumer-law and court rights that cannot be excluded.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

These Terms may be provided in English and Chinese and both are intended to express the same rules.

If an inconsistency cannot reasonably be resolved, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory consumer rights.
