Lucky Jewellery / 玉意人 ships to the United Kingdom, selected countries in Europe and Asia-Pacific, and other destinations on request. Delivery times, costs, and customs responsibilities vary by destination and service level.

• UK domestic: 2–5 business days for standard tracked delivery; 1–2 business days for express service where available.
• International: 5–14 business days for standard tracked delivery; 3–7 business days for express courier where available.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces: Delivery times are quoted separately at the time of confirmation and may differ from stock-item estimates.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country.

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, value, size, and insurance requirement of the parcel.
• A quote is provided before checkout for all orders and is shown on the order confirmation.
• Complimentary tracked shipping may be offered on selected pieces or promotions; this is confirmed at the time of purchase.
• Local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping rate unless explicitly stated.

• International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes levied by the destination country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless the order has been explicitly sold as duties-paid (DDP).
• Customs delays are outside our control and may extend delivery times beyond the original estimate.
• We provide the required commercial invoice and documentation for each shipment; customers must ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid clearance delays.

• All parcels are shipped with tracking and full-value insurance against loss or damage in transit.
• A tracking number is provided once the parcel is dispatched.
• If a parcel is lost, damaged, or shows signs of tampering on arrival, the recipient must report it within 24 hours of delivery and retain all packaging and documentation.

Active Collector's Circle members may receive an eligible shipping allowance on qualifying orders. Under the current Phase 1 rule: an eligible UK order above £500 (after discounts and Collector Credit) may receive up to £30 toward the standard UK service selected or approved by Lucky Jewellery; an eligible international order above £1,000 (after discounts and Collector Credit) may receive up to £60 toward the approved standard international service.

One allowance per eligible order. The allowance has no cash value, cannot be transferred, accumulated or carried forward, and unused allowance is not paid to the customer. It cannot be used for return shipping. The customer pays any amount above the allowance. Expedited delivery, Saturday delivery, extra insurance, specialist high-value transport, remote-area charges, duties, taxes, customs-clearance and carrier administration charges are normally excluded. A later return does not convert the allowance into cash — any outbound delivery refund uses the amount actually paid by the customer.
