Earlier access to selected pieces
Selected new jewellery may be viewed up to 48 hours before public release. Earlier access does not guarantee allocation.
1.5× loyalty points on eligible spend
Earn 1.5 points for each eligible £1 of merchandise. The enhanced portion is capped at 5,000 extra points per 12-month term.
One £50 Collector Credit each term
Used once against one eligible full-price jewellery order of at least £500. Not cash, not transferable, not stackable with another product discount unless expressly permitted.
One £1 Collector Privilege you unlock
After completing one eligible £500 order, purchase one approved privilege for £1: Care Session (£75), Condition Review (£45) or Presentation Set (£39). Not a free gift.
Eligible shipping allowance
UK eligible orders above £500 may receive up to £30 toward standard shipping. International eligible orders above £1,000 may receive up to £60 toward standard international shipping.
Private service and continuing care
Priority consideration for bespoke and sourcing enquiries, one private sourcing brief per term, and up to four shared Collector Notes online sessions.
Collector's Circle does not renew automatically. At expiry, you may actively purchase a new 12-month term at the price, benefits and terms then published. Previous spend does not create an automatic right to free or reduced-price renewal.
