Collector's Circle Paid Membership Terms

Collector's Circle is a fixed-term paid membership that provides selected privileges as described in these terms and the current published Benefits Schedule. It is separate from any purchase of jewellery. The membership and any subsequent jewellery purchase are independent contracts.

• Price: £168 for a fixed 12-month term.
• No automatic renewal in Phase 1. Membership expires on the displayed expiry date unless you actively purchase a new term or Lucky Jewellery gives you a specific written discretionary offer.
• There is no spend-based complimentary or discounted renewal. Historical spend does not create renewal entitlement.

• Collector rate: the equivalent of 1.5 Jade Points for each eligible £1 of merchandise spend. The additional Collector bonus portion is capped at 5,000 extra points per 12-month term. Standard Jade Circle points remain unaffected.
• Selected products may be shown to active Collector members up to 48 hours before public release. Some products may be Collector-Only. Early access does not guarantee reservation or allocation.
• One private sourcing brief per term, normally for a project with an expected minimum budget of £1,500.
• Up to four shared Collector Notes online sessions may be offered per term.
• One £50 Collector Credit and one £1 Collector Privilege per term, on the terms set out below and in the £1 Privilege Terms.
• Collector Shipping Allowances: up to £30 toward the approved standard UK service on eligible UK orders above £500 after discounts and Credit; up to £60 toward the approved standard international service on eligible international orders above £1,000 after discounts and Credit. One allowance per eligible order; no cash, transfer or carry-forward; unused allowance is lost; not usable for return shipping; expedited/Saturday, extra insurance, specialist transport, remote-area charges, duties, taxes, customs clearance and carrier administration charges are excluded unless expressly agreed.
• Aftercare priority consideration and the eligible £1 Jewellery Condition Review. Standard six-month qualifying free repair labour remains as published in the After-Sales Care Policy. Collector's Circle does not extend this to twelve months and does not automatically include round-trip postage, materials, parts, cleaning, restringing or insurance.
• TrulyLucky Ltd allocates £10 from each annual membership fee actually paid to its annual charitable-giving programme. Gifted or admin-awarded terms do not automatically generate this allocation.

• One £50 Credit is issued for each paid or formally awarded 12-month term.
• Use once against one eligible full-price jewellery order of at least £500.
• No splitting, cash exchange, transfer, sale or carry-forward.
• Cannot buy membership. Cannot be used for shipping, duties, taxes, gift cards, deposits, repairs, resizing, courses, donations or excluded items.
• Normally cannot combine with another product discount or promotional credit.
• Expires with the active membership term if unused.
• A complete valid return may normally restore an active, unexpired Credit without extending its original expiry. Partial returns that leave less than the £500 threshold are recalculated fairly under the Returns Policy, the amount actually paid and statutory rights.

For online purchases, statutory 14-day cancellation applies unless you have expressly requested immediate performance during the cancellation period. Where you have made that request and benefits have started to be provided, a fair proportionate deduction may apply. See the current Returns Policy and applicable consumer law. A product return does not automatically cancel or refund paid membership.

We may make minor administrative or technical changes without individual notice, and urgent changes required by law, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Material adverse changes to an active paid term will be handled fairly and, where required, with proportionate remedy under statutory consumer rights.

We may suspend or close a membership where misuse, fraud or breach of these terms is identified. Ledger entries and audit records are preserved.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Statutory rights are not affected.
