Collector's £1 Privilege Terms

An active Collector's Circle member unlocks one £1 Privilege after one eligible jewellery order of at least £500 after discounts and Collector Credit. Unrelated orders are not combined unless a separately published offer permits it. One privilege per fixed 12-month term. No transfer, cash exchange or carry-forward.

Choose one of:

1. Collector Care Session — member £1; genuine normal non-member price £75. A 30-minute private gemmology consultation, certificate explanation, product follow-up and care guidance.
2. Jewellery Condition Review — member £1; genuine normal non-member price £45. An initial visible review of one eligible Lucky Jewellery item and recommendations. Excludes repair labour, parts, materials, cleaning, restringing, resizing, insurance, inbound postage and return postage unless separately confirmed in writing.
3. Collector Presentation Set — member £1; genuine normal non-member price £39. Premium packaging, relevant bilingual story / collector card and care information, where appropriate.

Non-member prices are the genuine, publicly available, purchasable prices for each service.

A returned qualifying order may withdraw an unused privilege. If the privilege has already been used, any adjustment will follow these terms, clear pre-purchase disclosure and applicable law.

The Jewellery Condition Review is not a free repair. Repair work is charged separately and is governed by the After-Sales Care Policy.

Minor administrative or technical changes may be made without individual notice. Material adverse changes to an active benefit will be handled fairly under statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Statutory rights are not affected.
